semblance scapes (Select from a Series), 2021 – Present

Mixed Media (Watercolour, and Embossing on Mixed Media Paper and Vellum)

A series of 8 multi-layered, mixed media works (each 7 x 10 inches in size) that draw parallels between the marks found on skin and those that grace the bark of a quince tree. Created through the process of befriending a tree.

Impressions of Place (Series) by Sylvie Stojanovski, 2020

Mixed Media (Found Objects, Watercolour, Ink on Acetate and Rice Paper)

A series of 3 multi-layered mixed media works (each 8 inches in diameter) that capture the essence of places I once rarely traversed, but now frequent as a result of COVID-19.
